If to look at the procedure of the Product registration in details for Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Georgia – the detailed steps will be different, but the overall picture will be similar. Below are the main steps of the registration process in the above-mentioned countries.
Everything starts with the submission of the product application to the Ministry responsible for the product registration in each country.
Receiving Test Program for the year approved by the Ministry.
Signing agreements with the Institutes accredited by the Ministry to conduct studies for registration purposes.
Obtaining samples’ import permit and sending/receiving samples.
Conducting the actual studies:
First studies are always field trials;
Toxicological and hygienic studies;
Ecological studies (environmental);
Residues studies
Collecting all the reports from all the Institutes.
Submitting reports and documents and obtaining conclusions and approvals from different authorities (different documents/authorities depend on country)
Submitting final application with other collected and prepared documents for registration.
