If you already have an existing pesticide or fertilizer registration in Ukraine, and you are willing to add new producer to the registration certificate, first you must have 10-year permanent registration. It is not possible to add new producer to the experimental two-year registration. To add new producer, company has to submit an application form and all other necessary documents to the Ministry anytime during the year. The procedure will take from three to four months. Together with the application and all other documents, you will also have to prove that the producer is going to use the same technology, all the same components, and the same recipe to manufacture the products.
