Many pesticides and other crop protection products producers believe that if they want to register their products in Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, or Georgia, they have to have their own local office. And that is not true. If you want to register these products in these countries, you do not have to have your own local representative office. At the same time, there are Institutes and authorities who accept payments only in local currency, and they have their agreements only in local language. And for this purpose, you have to have your own consultant. What is important here, the consultant is going to act on behalf of your company, and at it’s expense, and in the end, you will have all the documents and Registration Certificates under your name, which means that you are going to be the Registration Holder.
