The name of the pesticide or fertilizer registration (Product name) can be changed during registration procedure in Ukraine anytime before final submission of the documents to the Ministry, which is around 9 to 10 months after the first application. The official letter from the company stating the name change will be required. In case you already have your product registered, and you want to change the name now, you will have to submit the application form and all the documents to the Ministry for their expertise at anytime. You will also have to sign the necessary agreements and make necessary payments. The whole procedure will take around three months until you obtain the new Registration Certificates. In this case, you will also have to submit the official letter from the company stating the name change, as remember, the old name of the product is written in all the reports of all the studies which were done locally. I would recommend you to do your best and choose the right name from the very beginning to avoid any discrepancy in the documents in the future.
