One of the first steps of the registration procedure after submitting the application to the authorities is obtaining samples import permit and sending samples for trials. By Ukrainian legislation, in order to import and use unregistered pesticides in Ukraine, the product must be registered in the country of origin. This certificate is submitted to the authorities together with the application form and other documents in the very beginning of the procedure. You can also submit the certificate later on. In case of a renewal, it means your registration is still valid, there are no additional trials required, you do not have to submit the registration certificate of the country of origin (where product is produced).
